The LEMAC CONCRETE CRUSHER is a rugged attachment that not only crushes concrete but also removes and cuts rebar. This double act creates two recyclable products without difficulty. As standard, Lemac includes replaceable teeth and rebar cutters allowing easy and affordable maintenance. The LEMAC CONCRETE CRUSHER attaches in the same place as the previously mounted bucket, utilizing the excavator's bucket cylinder. The offset pivot maximizes crushing force, which allows for over sizing of main pivot pin and reduces any stress imposed on the stick. The entire jaw structure is manufactured from quenched and tempered alloy steel 130,000-psi min. yield, 360-440 BHN. The main pivot features heat-treated pin, bearings, seals, and o-rings.
